carefully, seriously though, try using a straight pin, sewing needle or pushpin tip to try to loosen the knot and tweezers.

a knot or a kink? if there's a kink in the chain, put a sheet of paper over it on a flat surface and roll a pencil over the necklace. for a knot, bring it to a jeweler.

Patience and a thin sewing needle to separate each knot, tangle by tangle..keeping the ends of the necklace unhooked and separate from each other as much as possible.

Use baby powder on it.out ur necklace on a table.pour powder on it,it helps de-tangle the knot a lil then u can loosen it easier.Good Luck.

Aha I know this one. Put some water in a saucer, put in chain and use two needles or two long pin to untangle. Really works.
