I work for a company that is not paying me right.?

I am supposed to get 50 cents more an hour an hour, but they took nearly 3 weeks to start paying me that, and told me the back pay they owed would be paid the next check and it has not. I am quitting soon, how do I make them pay the $ they owe me.

You may report them to your local workforce commission office, but you'll probably need some verification of the pay increase.

have atalk with the manager. if they refuse to pay you..then you know they are a lousy company who does not care for it's staff and your're making the right decision to get outta there.
