Right on Chilipop and speak for yourself Salteeb. As a Britisher almost any invasion of the USA would ultimately lead to an improvement in world poverty, injustice would recede and we would have crushed the most barbaric race on earth. The only people I would be prepared to speak out against as invaders might be the Israeli's who just pip the USA to the post for a corrupt intelligence service and a penchant for inciting insurrection so that they can hit back with a clear conscience.

You've been watching too many WW2 or sci-fi movies-all an invader would have to do here is make sure every home kept their T.V. and cable, and there wouldn't be any (O.K., maybe 1%) resistance to speak of. China would be the most likely scenario, IMO.

Invasion of USA is impossible.It is the strongest country and with finest military and equipments.If any body invades USA ,it will be his end.With the collapse of USSR,there is no invader for USA.
The possible enemy will be Muslim Terrorists like Osama and taliban.Fighting against them requires constant vigil only.

I think I'd be safe from an invading army deep in the Appalation Mountians. I'd fight them if they came here. However, an occupying army based invasion would be impossible on American soil anyway. It could be bombed, but not invaded.

Yep sure would, though there isn't any credible correlation here with Iraq as you are insinuating, as a majority of those insurgence are not Iraqi people but are insurgence from many other poor countries, not to mention that we didn't invade but had the blessing of the UN and the Votes from Congress! Of course you know that and are just being stupid!
