OK... so many things... if you want to eamil me directly, feel free....
1) co-parenting classes
2) communication via email
3) extra curricular scheduls have to be followed by both parties
4) family counseling MUST be attended by all person's counselor recommends.
5) visitation is set x, y, z. However, each party is allowed to break it a set number of times if advance notice...
6) unexpected expenses (cheer, dance, softball, emerg medi) split certain percents
7) both sides FORBIDDEN to discuss the other side negatively in front of childrem
8) phone contact allowed when children not in your care
9) disciplline/eating/etc generally consistant between homes.
10) cant move more than X distance away or transpo all the other persons problem
11) both parties resp for getting own med info, school info, etc for kids...
12) no MAJOR changes made to child (hair color, drastic cuts, ear pierce, etc) without both parties notified... otherwise general changes (nails trims, nails painted, etc) are to be made by person in phys custody
13) guaranteed vacation time during the year
14) set a sched now for holidays and BDays
15) even though you are setting scheds now, include in there that they can be changed if done so via email... so and so in advance....

I know it sounds harsch and micro managing... but get it all written down AND write down that you can agree on different things without giving up these.... as long as you both agree...

It saves headache in teh futre.

when the child turns 18 yrs old the child support will stop on her birthday.......no matter if the child goes to a tech school or college or some other course for training......CHILD SUPPORT STOPS ON THE CHILDS 18TH BIRTHDAY.
