The piston in the caliper is probably sticking a little.
If I'm reading your question right, your brakes only lasted 6 months. This being the case, it's almost a sure thing you'll need to replace the caliper.

The brake mild exhibits you've an issue with both the front or rear brakes. The change is placed contained in the metering block in a great number of cases fastened on the body rail below the carry close cylinder, the front and rear brakes are 2 separate structures that artwork mutually to quit your motor vehicle. The metering block contains a piston and turn, the front gadget passes via 1 end of the piston and the rear on the different end, if the pressures are equivalent the piston will stay dependent contained in the block, if no longer, the piston will shift to the decrease rigidity part and actuate the change and turn on the mild. First step is to look lower than the motorized vehicle on the interior the wheels to work out if any brake fluid is leaking from the wheel cylinders, in case you hit upon a leaking cylinder this is going to opt for to get replaced earlier you bypass on with upkeep. next step will be to research the carry close cylinder for the proper fluid element, if it truly is okay there is merely 2 complications that ought to exist. a million. The carry close cylinder is undesirable 2. Air is contained in the gadget Air will be presented into the gadget in 3 approaches. a million. The carry close cylinder become ran too low on fluid earlier topping off 2. Water contained in the brake fluid from a foul cap seal 3. utilising an previous field of fluid i understand your questioning..Water contained in the fluid will make air contained in the gadget? certain this is going to. Brake fluid is Hygroscopic (attracts moisture from the air) the water works this is way via the gadget contained in the fluid and the nice and cozy temperature from the wheel cylinders boils the water contained in the fluid arising steam. If I were making this restoration and the wheel cylinders were no longer leaking, i'd bleed each and each of the brakes beginning on the single furthest from the carry close cylinder and artwork my thanks to the nearest and if this took care of the priority i'd thoroughly replace the fluid with new unopened fluid. If it did not restoration the priority the carry close cylinder will opt for to get replaced and the gadget re-bled.

Is possibly that the materials that compose your brake pads are of low quality causing the squeak when there is little friction to the pads or the brake is not apply, I would suggest to re-check your pads and make sure the surface is even in some cases your pads could be uneven one side of the pad ticker then the rest of the surface that could cause a squeak also or you can try applying some brake quiet on the back of your Brake pads.

Some new brakes just do this, you could take the truck back to whoever put the brakes on as there is this fluid for a better word, that can be put on the brakes to stop that sound. But there is nothing wrong with your brakes. Just the brake pads, I had a car that did that. And took back to the shop that did my brakes, they put something on the pads so they stopped making the noise. But I don't know what is was, but it worked.

It's the metal vibrating. Who ever did it didn't apply any silicone behind the pads. If they went that fast you might have a stuck rotor. You should get at least 25 to 30,000 miles out of the front and possible twice that from the rears.

Hard stops make more brake dust than self cleaning brakes can handle, could be this. Don't take risks with your brakes, get an inspection at the dealer.

Andy S got it right. If you just had them replaced they shouldn't be making any noise. The only thing that could be wrong is they didn't put the silicone behind the pads so when they are not being used they will stay pulled back away from the rotor.

You did say if you changed the rotors, if you did not, they may be worn or pitted and this will cause noise.
