A very relative question. I can't speak much for the clubs, but as far as casinos, Mandalay Bay has always been a favorite of mine. Of course, what matters to you? ... the games, table minimums, the elegance, the clientele, the waitresses, the bars, etc., etc., etc.?
I have enjoyed myself in nearly every casino on the Strip, whether old or new, elegant or somewhat run down. Don't be afraid to visit them all ... at your leisure. If anything bothers you about any of them, leave and visit another. That is the beauty - a veritable buffet of delights waiting for your pleasure. Go ahead, be a glutton.

My sister is visiting from Vegas right now. She says either "New York New York", or "Ceasars".
Why? NY, She's one more there than anywhere else, friendly, great after midnight dancing on w/ends, after 10 on w/days.
Ceasars? Gives you a palacious, and spectacular, evening with anything you could want in a casino, as it makes you feel as if you were a royal guest in the most regal setting in greece, the architecture is fantastic, and besides, I won $250.00 from a 4th quarter bet on Osu football to win against USC.
