personally i am a falcons fan, and i would love to get calvin johnson on the team, however i don't think Randy Moss would do the trick. Randy Moss is past his good days, and doesn't have as much as he used to. Of course his stat drop has a lot to do with the quarterbacks he's playing with, but then look at Culpepper in a different team. He's not playing too good either, so Moss probably isin't making plays like he used to. Another idea is...Why don't the Falcons just wait to draft Ted Ginn Jr. since he could play defensive back, wide reciever, and kick return. I believe he could succeed in all three tasks in the NFL...in this case the Falcons won't need to trade up, and can still possibly acquire Ginn.

If they can get Moss for a 3rd round pick he's worth taking a flyer on. If Johnson falls to them or they can just trade some of their current receivers then they definitely should get Calvin, but don't blow the whole draft just for him. If neither of those work out then they should sign Drew Bennett who is the big possession type receiver Vick loves throwing too. Vick hasn't proven accurate at throwing to faster receivers.

I agree go after Calvin Johnson, although I wouldn't trade up in the draft if the Falcons think Dwayne Jarret or Ted Ginn Jr. will still be their when they pick. But they definately do need some reciever help. So before everyone passes final verdict on Michael Vick I would like to see what he could do with a premier reciever and the ability to call audbiles which his old coach Jim Mora Jr. didn't allow him to do.

I dont think the falcon have the cap room to try and get randy moss. And in order to get calvin johnson they would have to move from the 10th spot up to 2nd or 3rd to have a shot at CJ. That would probably cost them this year's #1 and next year's #1 to move that far up, much to costly, especially when you consider all that they have spent the last 3 years pickin receivers in with either the first or 2nd round picks.

They might can get Randy Moss but Calvin Johnson now way their are a lot of worse teams that have a higher pick than Atlanta does and would kill for a WR like CJ.

They should draft a quarterback. Wide receiver isnt going to help the organization at all, they have a good running game and they have a QB who for three games a year acts like a quarterback. Get rid of Vick and maybe the Falcons can do something.

Only if they trade Michael Vick in order to acquire Johnson or Moss.
EDIT : "AW, YA'LL BE HATIN'S ON MY BOY"
Yes, it's impossible to believe that someone might actually think Vick sucks as a quarterback because his passer rating was last in the league last year.
Grow up.

Definitely, these guys are the future. I'm not sure about Randy Moss though, he's got some poor work ethics. I know he was ridiculous in Minnesota, but he's shown his laziness as a player for the Raiders.

Nope, cuz the Vikes need Calvin worst than the Falcons do, and just for good measure we will sign Lelie, too!
