france. ive lived there, in paris, and loved every minute of it! the food it lovely, not massive burgers and greasy food all over, though yeah, i know that's quite stereotypical of the US. hehe
i live in england and have been to the states once and did like it but its not a patch on France! the way of life is brill in France!
