I do not have any plants that are in the house, and also i have looked to make sure that we didn't have anything like potatos or apples that were rotten, so what else can I do?

Take your plants out side and wash them with a spray bottle of a tiny bit of soapy water. then rinse them with warm water. make sure nobody is alive in the dirt. if they are shake and replant or go to Wal-mart and get some insecticide spray...also check your fruit bowl and make sure nothing is over ripe. also check you boys room for an apple core lol

Do the plant thing but also see if you can find other sources of the problem. Overripe fruit and veggies also contribute to the problem. Make sure to check your potatoes to see if they are rotting. Clean any areas that have the rotten fruit/veggie/potato juice with soap and water. Also pour about a cup of bleach into your drains and wait 10 minutes. Then rinse. You really don't have to get any bug spray. Once you get rid of the source of the problem they will go away on their own.

Don't invite any Nathaniels over. No Nat Turner, No Nat King Cole, No Nathalie Wood, No Nathaniel Hawthorne.

To get rid of GNATS: Use a room bomb, sold in three packs buy enough for the house and follow instructions.
