now that i am old and fat, i don't need to spend 150 bucks on a new pair of gloves, but i still enjoy a good pair with somewhat thick foam, good grip, but mostly i am looking for durability and good cost. is there another brand that is equal or less expensive that would give me better grip? have i missed the boat all these years? uhlsport used to make an adhesive power grip, but they always felt a little stiff out of the box, so i never tried a pair. experienced keepers, please give me some input on what brands/models have worked well for you.

not the same pair of gloves for 20 years... different reusch models. playing indoor only, got something called street masters right now. they grip well, but they are starting to scuff up, and like any good pair of gloves, they stink!
