LCSW, PhD

Since LCSW is a professional designation and not a degree, it shouldn't matter.

The licensing organization may have some guidelines. I can tell you that other organizations say it is up to the individual. In Finance, the CFA Institute (chartered financial analysts) says that either "PhD, CFA" or "CFA, PhD" is acceptable.

When I do a Google search on LCSW and PhD -- I find people listing them both ways. It looks like more people put the PhD after the LCSW.
