First i went to school in hawaii i did pretty good, then i went to a community school for a semester and stopped going after awile and recieved all F's, now i am at a different community school. I will be transfering to a 4 year university. If i dont mention the college were i got all F's do colleges have resources that check all my college records? will they?

They can, and should they find out that you failed to give them true information on your application, they could kick you out even after you start there. They have enough experience to understand what one semester with all F's means, and you can explain it yourself in your application.
