Many times the way we treat people comes from what we see wrong with ourselves. Some people have esteem problems and build themselves up by tearing others down. But mostly mean people are hiding from something and this is the way they deal with it.
Try combating such people with kindness. You may take them by surprise.

you mean homosexuality? you already know that a lot of people don't approve this type of things base on religion, moral or whatever they think is correct for them, is defenitely not right for you, that's why they call it WORLD everybody is different, my dearest best friend died 5 years ago he was guy, and my father took a lot of time to accept this person in our house, in the end he loves him WHY (base on the respect that he gave my father and viceverse). take it from there, and respect people and don't mind about what other people might say that you are mean, cause your gay, most of those who critizes all the time are the worst creatures in the world.

because it take effort to ask of the spirit,listen for the answers and then do Gods will.
