What do these symtpoms mean?

I have to pee all the time and I have lower abdominal cramps that feel almost like menstrual cramps? please help!

You should see a doctor. Could be a urinary tract infection or a STI.

yep could be a urinary tract infection. Does it burn? When you pee sometimes does very little come out? Is your need to pee urgent? Those are symptoms of a UTI - or could be interstitial cystitis
