I have a friend whose mother is a nurse at a hospital who has a reputation for being a HORRIBLE hospital, I experienced this first hand as they misdiagnosed me two different times and one of those times almost ended fatally. Well I told my friend about the Instead cups so she told her mother about it, and I guess her mother asked one of the oh so "knowledgeable" doctors at the hospital about it and they said that the instead cups are horrible not to use them yadda yadda yadda. Now I have already talked to my regular gynecologist who works for one of the best Women's hospitals in Pittsburgh and she said they are perfectly safe as long as you follow the instructions. Well my friend won't get off my back about me using the instead cups I have told her several times that I value her opinion but seeing as MY doctor told me they are fine I am going to continue to use them. NOW I WANT TO HEAR SOME OPINIONS FROM OTHERS ABOUT THIS PLEASE

How can they be horrible for you?? All it does is catch your flow before it goes out of your body. I have used them also and have not had any problems at all.

I have used them and haven't had any problems. Some people will find something wrong with everything. The doctor that said they were horrible may not have even known what they were. I wouldn't worry about it, if you are comfortable with them.

I'm not familar with them, but seeing as you've got one positive and one negative opinion, and both are "professionals" I'd suggest you do some research online and see if you can find any professional reviews/write-ups about the product, or opinions from other users as to their experiences.
That may give more information and help you decide if it's something you want to continue to use or not.

Ive been using them for about 5 years now nothings wrong with me and i used to use it during intercourse to each its own but my flow doesn't even come down keep using it girl
