Call or go to a local court house or justice hall and find out what needs to be done. You probably can get married by a justice of the peace. You and your fiance can go to the courthouse to apply for a marriage license as well and once you are married whoever marries you will sign it. Good luck to the both of you.

You don't necessarily have to have a minister, although they are in the phone book. A Justice Of The Peace (judge) can also marry you in most cases, and appointments are made at the court house. Marriage licenses are applied for in the county court house in the place where you will get married.

You don't need a minister to perform a marriage ceremony...just go to your city hall, get the license and make an appointment with the Justice of the Peace.

Go to clerk's office to get the license; they will advise you of any specifics to the area, and can point you to someone who can perform a ceremony

good luck
