Well, remember the overarching theme of 1984 is that Big Brother was watching and listening to everything, so the portion of the Patriot Act that allows for wiretapping without a warrant from a sitting judge fits that bill pretty closely...

Everyone who commits a felony gets DNA taken for a database. Go ahead take your pick. All infringements on the bill of rights/constitution. Pretty soon they will put a legal limit on how many squares of charmin you are allowed to wipe your butt with.
