You don't need a macro. Just highlight the table and choose Table -> Convert -> Table to text. You'll be able to choose which separator (tab, comma, carriage return, etc.) you want to substitute for the cell breaks.

Word macros are created by end-users and/or developers. Word does not come with such a "macro." However, Word does have a built-in command that will do what I think you are asking. Choose Table, Convert, Table to Text.... This will bring up a dialog box that will allow you to decide how you want the existing data to be separated: by paragraph marks, tabs, commas or another, custom character of your choice. The information in the table is maintained but the table is removed.

no cause the words are part of the table. You can copy and paste and rearrage the words or i thinkyou can make the table lines invisible
