If you were not such a rabidly close-minded bigot, you would comprehend with whatever intellect you possess that when gays say homosexuality is normal...they aren't saying it's normal for you...they are saying it's normal for a percentage of every population to, in fact, be gay. You may not like homosexuals, you may even abhorr them horribly...but the fact is 10% of the population is born gay whether you like it or not. Likewise, most people will probably abhorr you for being a simple-minded bigot, but that is your choice whether you like it or not.
And that is the difference between you and gays. You have a choice to be prejudiced or not. Gays were born the way they are; and did not have a choice.

You have real problems, you need to stop viewing them with respect to their sexuality and start seeing them as people. Gay is normal for them, as straight is normal for you, why make an issue out of it?

well, why wouldn't it be normal. These people have been through a lot of stigma and pain because people won't accept them. maybe if you understood that, you wouldn't feel so weird. it's not about whether or not this is normal in your eyes. It's normal in a lot of people's eyes and vica versa. But, you don't have to be standoffish when you're around them either. You're probably just coming off like a jerk to them (like you're giving a vibe)

Well i am a homophob because some gay guy hit on me a while ago at a club and i have not really mided them since. I guess you could just ignore them if they really bother you that much. But you should be polite and atleast act like you care.

You have every right to feel the way you feel. You are not a bigot just because you don't agree with everyone elses behavior. You aren't being ugly to them, just using your right as a human being to walk away. They are being ugly to you by trying to force their beliefs on you. Be true to yourself and don't let what they say to you sway your ideals. Hang in there!!!!!!!!

Because they are being misled by Satan. You know what is right....and you are against people going to hell for eternity....
It's not the person you do not like...it's their activities. You stick to your guns and in no way accept that lifestyle.
From now on, remember to each his own, but you do not have to walk away from them...they are helpless puppets of evil spirits. Just pray for them.

You don't choose to be gay or lesbian. It is normal and you don't have to condone it but you don't have to deal with it either. If gays and lesbians bother you so much, don't associate with them. I personally think its narrow minded though.

the best way to deal with something that makes you uncomfortable is to ignore it and try to be sensitive to the person. you can't change them and you really don't need to interact with them so just be try to be less obvious that you disagree with their sexual orientation and then you won't get questioned. and then no arguments so you can on with your day and they theirs.

You don't have to accept it as your own lifestyle, but why can't you just be polite? If you aren't involved in their behavior, why do you even care?
