Im trying to buy a few cds for myself and dont no what to get i go to a non denominational church and love the stuff we sing ... what do you think i will like i like just about anything but dont know what to get...? please help...

I'm not a Christian, so I never got much into the religious rock scene...but I really like Newsboys. And Switchfoot.

Good females artist: Nichole Nordeman, Rebecca St. James, Yolanda Adams, Sara Grooves. Good male artisit: Jeremy Camp, Lincoln Brewster, Warren Barfield, Toby Mac. Good bands: Superchick, Third Day, Salvador, DC Talk, Jars of Clay, Zoe Girl, Barlow Girl, there are so many to choose from!

Chris Tomlin writes a lot of the music that's sung in contemporary churches, and I really like his CDs. You might also consider Michael W Smith and Casting Crowns, whose music is sung in churches, too. Oh, and Aaron Shust: he's fairly new on radio, but has a couple of great worship songs ("My Savior My God" and "Give It All Away").

I like P.O.D. (Payable On Death) even though I don't really like rap music, but it's kind of like rap-rock I guess you could say. And I guess Flyleaf is Christian, or at least their lead singer is, and I like their music too.

my favorite christian band is Underoath but only bcuz its metal/rock/screamo and i love that kind of stuff(and im not christian, but the band is stilll awesome!)
