An article on Fox News states Anna's mother may be taking legal action to have Anna's body removed from the Bahaman’s.
The day of Anna's death the local towns people where Anna grew up in Texas were interviewed and many said they were ashamed of Anna and didn't like the negative attention she brought to the town. These towns’ people did not have very nice things to say about Anna the day of her death!
How could Anna be at peace being buried in Texas when the local people had negative things to say about her the day she passed away?

Well its not up to the towns people, they aren't have family who are they to say who can't be buried where; however, I do feel that if Anna wanted to be buried in the Bahamas next to her son then so be it. Virigie is a distraught mother, what else can she do. What would you do, if you haven't had contact with your daugther in years? Anna left the nest to make money whehter or not people liked how she received it it's relevent she was successful to an extent.
We all make uncertain decisions and can be held accountable for them after all is said and done I'm sure Anna did what at that time she thought was best toward her progression.
God Bless her, it is so tragic what come of her death and her assets along with the new baby. the towns people have no say so, they have nothing to do with what image she portrayed herself as unfortunately they just were neighbors.

Anna's mother is a control freak on a mission. She's looking to cash-in on her daughter, which is really sad. Anna said in an interview just a couple of months before she died that her mother went on CNN after Daniel's death and openly accused Anna and Howard of murdering him. Anna said herself that her mother has not been in her and Daniels life in years. She said that her mother hadn't even seen Daniel since he was 5. Anna truely dispised her mother and I can see why. She's hateful and vendictive. She cared nothing for her daughter when she was alive, but now that she's dead, you can't get her out of the view of a camera. Someone needs to tape that woman's mouth shut and send her back to Texas where she belongs.

None of that matters for Vergie. She doesn't even care that her daughter wanted to be buried in the Bahamas next to her son. I am a mom & i can understand on some level her desire to have her daughter buried near her. But, she is completely ignoring her daughter's wishes & being utterly selfish. It leads me to conclude that she has ulterior motives like money. Exhume ANS body in the Bahamas...give me a break Vergie!!
Also, who cares about the small town hicks who can't refuse but bad mouth a dead mother regardless of who she was or did while she was alive. They should be more concerned about the bad woman like Vergie who represents them around the world with her selfish actions.

Her mom is doing it for selfish motives. She wants to be in the spotlight, and if Anna was buried in Texas built some shrine that she could charge an admittance fee to. Her mom is a gold digger.

she is better off next to her son and not near her mother because they didn't get along and her mother would be goign on the tv station saying Anna had killed her own son (Anna mom said it 1 or 2 months before Anna die)

i think the media is blowing things way out of portoin with the whole issue and it needs to be put to rest once and for all before someone gets hurt really badly or gets sued.... i've said it before and i'll say it now let her rest in peace and let it be and move on with life that's what we should do and it's what anna nicole would want us to do...
