A founding father, an inventor, a statesman, a diplomat, a free thinker, an eccentric, a great orator, a visionary...
Once you figure out the basics, learn the details of his life. He was an amazing person, and truly an individual of his time. He swam naked in the river every morning, he took "air" baths, he's on the $100.00 bill, he left a trust fund that the City of Philadelphia just cashed in that was worth millions of dollars...
I think your teacher is a very wise person, and I hope that he/she is making you write a LONG paper about him.
Don't take your history for granted... "liek who even cares?"...
Like every American SHOULD care. Oh, and since you want to spell it "paine", look up Thomas Paine as well.

He was a founding father who also wrote Poor Richard's Almanac.
Two of his many inventions are the Franklin Stove and the Bifocals.
He also ran his own printing press in Philly.
He was on the committee to write the Declaration of Independence.
He got France to send military and financial aid to the Continental Army and Navy.
He was one of Pennsylvania's Representatives to the Second Continental Congress.
He was famous worldwide for his scientific research and his inventions.
He was also a dirty old man. But we love him anyway.

You make me sick and sad! How could anyone be so ignorant? I just feel bad for you. I hope you will consider getting a tutor, because ,not to be mean, but you seem like you might have a learning disability. Good luck. Also, you might try googling Ben Frankel in - just don't copy and paste!

Have a nice day...

One can only hope that you are attempting to be funny. Of course, the extremely poor grammar and spelling you display would indicate otherwise.
No wonder our colleges decry the level of preparedness seen in incoming Freshman.
