If you are over 58 and have Burning Crusade, save your real money and just run instances and do quests in Outland. Since the expansion came out, I've made 3500 gold. Epic flying mount, here I come!

The cheapest place to get gold is swagvault. It is more expensive sense BC came out, but you can still get a good deal. Ebay has it as well, but it cost more.
