I think he will be productive however not as good as a randy moss or steve smith. He dont seem to have top 15 catching ability for a nfl wideout and he may be too small to make an impact most star wrs are now around 6'4 230 with muscle running 4.3s. Ginn comes it at barely 6'0 180 pounds.

First off, Ginn has NO shot of being a dominant receiver like Moss was in his late 1990s heyday.

That said, Ginn is intriguing. He has speed to burn ... the questions are his physicality, toughness, routes and hands.

I do see Ginn being a Desmond Howard-type player. That means providing a few spectacular plays, being a threat on kick/punt returns, and being talked about a lot. Like Howard, however, Ginn will probably never be one of the top receivers in the league.

Worse case scenario, he could be like Peter Warrick - but I think he'll be better than that.

With the right coaching, if Ginn improves his route running he can be special. He is ridiculously fast. I don't think he'll be nearly as good as Randy Moss was early in his career, but I think he'll be a much better receiver than either Desmond Howard or Peter Warrick.
I think I'd compare him to another Buckeye Joey Galloway. Similar speed, size and will get a few carries on reverses as well.

You call Moss GOOD and Howard Average? What messed up World is this. Moss is AVERAGE at best. He is over-rated. Maybe if he would play every down at full speed he would be good. I doubt it though. Moss and Culpepper made each other look a lot better then either was. That is why both have sucked since they ended that relationship. I think Ginn will be ok.

I think he would be happy to be Desmond Howard-like. Not everyone can be a Superbowl MVP (Remember Green Bay's win)
