D would be the mother and half-sister of E because she would give birth to E but they would share the same father

He is her father, grandfather and that's it. He is her father because he had her with "D" and he is her grandfather because its D's child and "D' is his daughter.
By the way I think "E" would have some problems...usually comes with incestuous relationships.
