If you must be a cheerleader at work, don't sound like one. Go on EBay and look for an old teacher's bell, or the largest numbered bell (as bell ringing groups use) you can find.
If you must use a cow bell, most college book stores have them. Farm supply stores do, and they should be easy to find on the Internet. The larger the better since they sound so cheesy.

Go to the music store where they sell drums, guitars, and such, this is where I've seen them, my late x- husband was a drummer, if that doesn't work maybe you could go cow tipping?
