when egg is stirred well ,liquid-liquid emulsion(sol) is formed.
when zinc is dissolved in sulphuric acid , zinc sulphate is formed which is whitish in color.

Q1.- Egg white is just albumin, it means a protein. If you added to water and then you stirrs the system, you will get a translucent sol. Option b)

Q2.- Zinc surface becomes bright due to formation of ZnSO4 which is a colorless water soluble solid. Option d)

Q1 is c)

Q2 is b) Zn(s) + H2SO4 --> ZnSO4(s) + H2(g)

Zn(s) is grey ZnSO4(s) is white

If you use dilute H2SO4 you won't see this since the ZnSO4 will dissolve in H2O, but if you are using conc. H2SO4 you would see the surface of the Zinc metal covered with white ZnSO4 powder.
