Only watched 1st episode of oc. But I still watch 90210 on the soap station. So I have to say 90210.

Ok, the stuff in the body of your questions makes absolutely no sense...
But my vote goes to The OC. I know it wasn't on nearly as long as 90210, but I sort of lost interest in 90210 after Shannen Doherty left (or got fired, whatever). They kept adding more and more new people and it just got confusing. The OC has a great blend of comedy and drama.

Ok, so I don't understand your question at all. So, I'm just gonna say....The O.C. over 90210. I freakin LOVED the O.C. I used to watch 90210 too, it was the best in it's time.
