Yes. Kubo Tite is an ichigo-rukia fan. So all the time Kubo Tite put all those scenes of how she was worried and cared about ichigo and ichigo doing the same to Rukia are all hints. 1.Beginning when fighting a hollow.2link.near timing 3:48. I think ichigo and rukia love each other because when ichigo was going bak home after saving her from prosecution ichigo said that rukia made the rain inside him disappear and only she could do that.
