You need to have a training plan that lists all processes the employees will be performing. You should include the day that they will begin the training on that process as well as the date they should be finished with their training. You should also include quizzes or some other form of understanding concepts.
The plan should include who the trainee is and who the assigned trainers are.

a timetable? Is this manager speak for a work schedule? they are trainees, they need to know when to show and where to go at what times, and if they need any special equipment it would be nice to know when they have to bring that too.
