The DOD web site has all the statistics. West Texas and Montana have the highest per capita. But those areas are sparsly populated.
California leads by far with the most per state. And San Diego County has the highest number of casualities of any one City or County in America.
It is not the disinfranchised Urban dwelers that are caught up in this, as often reported. It is America's working poor. Not just RedsStaters but all across America people with little or no local oppertunity.

There is no doubt that low income families are sending more of their children, since they have fewer opportunities.
Unfortunately, once wounded, these families also have the least ability to assist the wounded family member in obtaining care...as we are now seeing.

No. I tell lies to my shoppers every time i bypass to artwork, infront of my colleagues and with the expertise and approval of my boss. in case you disapprove then you definately tell me a thanks to calm an 80 4 year previous widow who's hysterical about getting homestead because she had a toddler the former day and her husband doesn't understand a thanks to shield it. My reaction to her is that she is staying with us to get properly, she will be in a position to no longer be any solid to the toddler if she is going homestead and collapses and that i have despatched a nurse to help her husband.
