I want a power ranger morpher gun as in this video.

I phoned Toys R Us, and they don't sell them, and the Disney Store, don't order them in.

Where can I get them in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Or give me a link to where I can order one that is the same as in the video.

The item shown in the video appears to be a 'vintage' Power Rangers Zord. This site has several for sale at reasonable prices http://www.toyarchive.com/STAForSale/NEW2001+/PowerRangers/Zords/Zords.html and they do re-stock whenever possible so you may be able to find what you are seeking there.
