What are the proper ways to ensure the naval piercing does not migrate or get rejected and gets healed faster?

What type of food to eat and not to eat? I understand that Zinc is important for the healing process, so what food is rich in that? Also seafood should be avoided, what about fish?

Also, can I do dumbbell exercises involving just the arms and squats?

Will the piercing get affected when I sit down

I have my navel done, and so has my 13 year old.
There is a special solution you can buy when getting it done.It is inexpensive. That is all that is needed. It will sting when being cleaned.Rotate it 3 times per day.Try to let fresh air get to it as much as possible.Keep clothes off the piercing, unbutton your top,etc at the bottom.

They recommend keeping it in for 3 months. You can change it after 2 months. Both my daughter and I changed ours after 2.Everyone in her school has it done, they changed it after 2 months.

Live like you lived before you got it. I got mine done last summer and didnt change my diet or the way I lived. Just make sure you keep it clean, wash it good with the soap they give you, in the shower everyday. Then clean it again at night. Dont take it out for the full time that they tell you. I think it was two or three months. I cant remember. But do what they tell you. They know best. I also used Bactine. Its a spray germ killer. I still use it. It will help keep it from getting infected. I didnt have any problems with mine, nor was it ever irratated or red.*

a proper balanced diet is all you need to keep your body healthy when you have a new piercing. rotate your ring twice or three times daily (not more than that or you will iritate the site). use witch hazel to keep it clean. use it everytime before you rotate the ring. sitting wont affect it, might be a little uncomfortable the first couple of days. and for gods sake...wash your hands everytime before you touch it. thats how you get an infection!!

I am usually able to tell if the poster is joking or not , but i am really stumped on this one..... If your being serous then WTF. you clean it turn the piercing twice a day DONT USE RUBBING ALCHOL on it. and that's it. Your body will heal in its own time............... If your joking them rub some ice cream on it (not so funny after all that is it?)
