Do you have to use the dimpled or the pimpled side of the toilet paper and explain your reasoning for this?

Blimey,I never knew there was a separate side for women - now I'm definitely not gonna answer.
I think the pimples are the bumps on the outside,and altho it might be instinctive,I do believe that this is the part i "use".But over the decades,and too much paper,i know I have changed my technique - and also the way I walk,but that's another story.

You should wipe once with the dimpled side to collect any crap, dispose of that, then get another piece and wipe with the pimpled side to exfoliate, then finally another dimpled piece to make sure you are clean and sparkly.

The dimpled side towards the as*, they are sh*t pockets...lol and catch 23% more than the other side..The other side is for women to wipe themselves..

lol..I don't really notice these things. But I just checked and I'm a cheapo and my toilet paper doesn't even have dimples!!! LOL

Definitely the dimpled side cos it gets 'into the groove', if you know what I mean! Don't wanna leave anything behind now do we! :D

I use the smooth side for some reason, coz all my toilet roll is smooth good question though =)

dimpled.. to my understanding they "catch and absorb". conversely the pimpled side would "deflect" any such known or unknown substances that t.p. is required for.
