When a.c. is switched on in my maruthi esteem it works fine for 10 minutes.After that no cold air is coming.Only hot air is coming. But a.c clutch is in engaged condition. After half an hour again cold air started coming automatically. Recently only I topped up freon gas. My mechanic says it is problem with some gas flow. Some blockage in drier or something. Can u please help me.

From what you are mentioning... Your evaporator is freezing up. The most common reason for a freeze up is overcharging of freon. The other possibility is a problem with your TXV valve (Expansion valve). I would recommend taking this to a repair facility capable of doing AC work and have the proper equipment.

The expansion valve probably needs replacing or the compressor heats up and the seals allow low pressure in the High side.
