My ex-husband and his new wife have custody of my 10 year old son. They live in Tacoma, WA and I live in Brandon, FL. My ex-husband is also deployed on active duty in the Army. My son is living with step mother and siblings. I am required to do a psychological evaluation and parenting classes before I can even have contact again. What else must I do?

Do the psych eval and the classes. They wont hurt.
Look for legal aid... or your area's version of it.
Here are some links.
Out of curiosity... how long since you have had contact with your son?
Good luck.

Do what you said here but also leave it in Gods Hands!! Find a church down there in Bradenton, I am up here in Orlando, and I used to live there in Manatee County years back. Get help through a good Christian Church and see if they have groups to become involved with that can help you.

You have to comply with all of the orders of the court whatever they are. Since we don't have your divorce papers in front of us how would we know what else you must do?
