if your into the whole fact and questions a good site is www.englishforums.com , but most just use it for help, not practicing.
You also may want to try englishclub.com , its not created for second language speakers, but it does have puzzles and games that may help you, plus grammer, vocabulary and other types of lessons.
but no matter what you do keep trying, your passionate about this and you'll be able to achieve it. one of my best friends speaks english as a second language and he's one of the best writers i've ever met... just keep trying and you'll be fine.

You can also work with grammar and English syntax with native professors on-line. Give them a try!!. You need to enroll first, then as soon as you'll get your log -in name and password, you will have access to this site.
