Right now this is being considered in some states/cities. I hope it never happens. If an employer is required to offer these VERY expensive benefits to all their employees, there WILL BE LESS EMPLOYERS to offer jobs to these same employees.

I am not sure about the requirement but it is good benefits to your staff and your company . Healthy staff / happy staff will produce a quality and productivity . Treat them as human not machine . Workers are the asset for the company , company will gain alot from feeling... happy staff , healthy staff and caring management will lead to quality and productivity .
