wait for a sunny day.... Saturdays are best,
grab a beer and power wash.
pretty soon all the neighborhood guys will be outside to give or get advice. go in and get the cooler and bring out your broken lawn mower. it will be fixed or Chit -canned in 10 minutes.Then follow the guys over to the next problem...presto...you are one of them. I don't know if this solves your problem..I don't know much about cleaning the shingles.That's my husbands deal.
but we do have a lot of friends lol
