It will TRY to start. I just changed the Idle speed control. I have no Idea what to check next. It doesn't give me any trouble codes. I'm lost!

First off check to see if the timing is right, then are you getting fuel to the cylinders or just the injectors. or does it have a carb. did you replace the wires on the speed control module. check to see how much fuel pressure u have could be a weak fuel pump

was it running before you changed the idle speed control????

if so you probably done something wrong while changing the idle control. these type of parts on throttle body fuel injection systems are very sensitive and being incorrectly set can prevent your truck from starting

If you have consistent fire, fuel & compression, then the timing is off.
