OK ACTUALLY...i left it @ her place..she said she wud return it to me the next day.. and she lost it!!!

Here is what you do. If she truly lost it then it is your responsibility to replace it. If she is the kind of friend that has a heart and feels bad about it, then she would offer to help replace it. If you think she is being vindictive and is lying to you about her losing it, then lose her as a friend. You do not need dis-honest people in your life. Negativity begets negativity. be more responsible for your property so this will not happen again. Good luck

If you really want the ipod back you might want to approach her parents about it. She may still have it and is planning on keeping it. I don't know that for sure though. Tell her you will need to talk to her parents if she doesn't return or replace it soon. It may even be better if your parents talked to her parents about it. Good Luck.

Chances are that she did not lose it and wants to keep it for herself. I would ask again, and I would certainly be more careful about leaving anything behind next time. There are dishonest people in the world so never trust anyone to bring something too that you left behind, they probably won't.

Well she could be lying just so she gets to keep it but i wouldn't think that lowly of someone. Although you have to stop lending them stuff, the obivously don't have respect for other peoples, in this case yours, property.

She probably has it for herself and just saying she lost it. Or maybe she has sisters or brothers that saw it there and took it without any questions. But give her a time limit on finding it and she is just going to have to buy you a new one.

this is a typical scenerio.. she has you ipod , she did not lost it, she's saying this for she want the ipod for herself. hmm..try asking her if she found it yet..like everyday. maybe some of her family members did.. dont jump to conclusions though.. that gets pretty messy..

Sue her. She's stealing from you and she knows it. Take out a small claims suit against her for the value of your ipod, then serve her with the papers. I'll bet she'll give it back then.
