No not that particular one, but I used to use the phone as a gag to annoy people when I was little. Now it embarrasses me to remember doing that too. But I still remember the nice people who would have a joke ready and laugh along with me and my jokester friends!! @80)

Yes I did it when I was a teenager, I called up operator assisst and asked for JohnCougar Mellencamp's phone number then called and said I was watching him . Not sure if it was thr real John Cougar. But it was hilarious fun.

Prank calls are illegal. Besides that's not a prank call, my grandma does that every weekend.

No, because now a days people have caller IDs and you may get the police called on you, plus when youre an adult, you really shoulnt do such things. Its immature.*

I think often the cops, parents, church officials, exes, use these tactics.
However, if you are a good person and always think before you do things, that technique won't work on you.
If you are a bad person who does questionable things and hurts people, it could prevent sleep and make you crazy.

no, but I called someone who also had a "teenager phone #" listed so I called the main line and confessed my "sins" to their parents...very funny!
