I would recommend that you purchase a decal remover at your local hardware store and a bottle of goo gone. Spray some of the goo gone on the bumper sticker and wait for a few minutes while you put a dry blower to it. After a minute or two use the decal remover or take it off with your fingers. You'll probably still have some adhesive left over. Just use the goo gone to remove it completely.

If it's a metal bumper you can peel it and use a solvent to remove the adhesive. There's a product called "goof off" that's really good at that. If it's a plastic bumper, a strong solvent will work but will probably discolor or degrade the plastic. With that you need patience and time, and perhaps a little rubbing alcohol (not for drinking ;) ). If the sticker is on the car body, try peeling and using alcohol to remove the adhesive residue. Avoid any kind of strong solvent use on the paint, and get the sticker off as soon as you can to keep the paint from discoloring. If the sticker is on glass, a razor blade, wielded carefully, should be sufficient to remove the sticker AND the adhesive, with little post-cleaning. Be careful to keep the blade flat ( you can get a good razor handle at any decent auto or hardware store ) because otherwise you can scratch the glass.
Hope that helps. :)

1st you kick the persons *** that was stupid enough to put the bumper stickers on it.
2nd You can't buy the bolts much less the entire bumper for $50.
3rd soak the sticker in mineral oil then scrape off..clean up the residue with alcohol.
Good Luck

Just pull off what you can, and for the little bits of adhesive left over, they have a range of cleaners you can buy to remove it, but if want something a little cheeper and easier, use Coke, typically they say any soda would work, but Coke seems to be the best, but MAKE SURE you wash every little bit of Coke off when you are done. Good Luck.

if there stuck on real good, use a heat gun or hair dryer, slowly peel off, also you can use a razor blade to get it started but be very careful not to scratch the paint. If there is still glue type residue, WD40 with nylon scouring pad or plastic scraper (bank card)works good to remove.

Anything oily will take off something sticky, think peanut butter for taking gum out of hair.
Try spraying some "Pam"-type spray on it after you have removed as much as possible by hand.
Let it sit for a little while and scrub it off with a pad, like for dishes.
Good luck.

I've heard using a blowdryer on the sticker works.

Peel off as much as you can. Then, find a solvent that will attack the adhesive, and soften it. Finally, use a plastic scrub pad to remove the softened adhesive.

If you use a strong solvent, you should wear rubber gloves to prevent absorbing it through your skin.

Start by getting the sticker (s) wet.
Then, you can use baby oil on it..
Get a kitchen knife and scrap it off.
You can also try dish washing detergent
and then scrap it off...
Use Windex after that, it works!
Every time.

A heat gun is the safest way for removing decals from paint, and bumpers.
