my brother & I have the same probation officer. wouldn't that be consider conflict of interest. how can I find out if this is legal or not.

It's not a conflict of interest. In fact, it makes it easier to supervise if one officer is overseeing both siblings since that officer is more likely to have a full picture of the home and family situation of the two.

For juveniles, it's easier on the family to have the same officer for both siblings. I can schedule one long appointment, and the parent only has to come in one time instead of making two separate trips. Home visits take less time since I'm already at the house to check on the client.

I shouldn't laugh, but I bet your folks are so proud! Seriously I would contact your local legal office or your lawyer and find out the legalities on this issue. They would be your best source.
