They advertise extensively on TV and print, have great prices, and free add ons, but......can they be trusted. Don't know many who have bought from them. They state they have won the Consumer's Choice Award 8 yrs running.

Think about it .... what is MDG's claim to fame :

- quality ?
- price ?
- engineering or design ?

No..... it's:

- easy payments & credit.
- lots of free crapware
- rebranded low end LCDs included with the PC

If that's what you need ... go for it.

If you have cash in hand I suggest an HP Media Center PC.
Buy it from Best Buy or Future shop & you have 14 days to return it if not happy ... no questions asked.

I promise you will be very satisfied.

Go for it.

But check out a retailer that offers NO HASSLE returns like Staples or Costco. (a-ya, I hope you have these great stores in the great white north)
