bought a 1963 wanting to put air bags or hydros i'm making it into a show car what is cheaper air or hydros?

Any suggestions thats less expensive and that won't mess up that at all.Its jus mainly for job maybe a little hopping on the streets on cruises once in a while but anyone know of any sites that has info on them and prices thank you i aprecciate if u could help me get my dream car goin

Air is more expensive up front, but the maintenance is a lot less. I mean, it's running on air. For hydros you can install them a little easier and the kit is not as expensive, but you have to buy optimum batteries (at least 4) to really make it move. You always run the risk of ruining them by not connecting them right or exposing them to the elements. You can't go wrong with a pump and an air tank. It is the way to go.

if mainly it's for show and you won't be using it very much than hydros is the best, first hydros normally go higher than airbags but air bags are easier to install if you want to know what is cheaper air bags are b/c less hight and less show on a show car I'll check ebay right now to see whats cheaper ok air bags are 1000 - 1500 dollars and hydros are about 2 - 3 thosand plus you have to maintain them more than air bags.
