How can I become preppy like the girls at my school and no! I am not crazy!...I just noticed that I am a lil bit -preppy?...but can you give me some advice? please

I'm a prep. I don't like it that people call me snobby, stuck-up, rude, mean, cruel, a gossip or any of those things. If you want to sit with the popular girls or just dress like a "prep" then just start talking to them but don't kiss their butts that shows that you are a robot and they'll probably use you. You don't have to wear a certain clothing brand or style to be a prep you can wear Pac Sun, Hollister, Wet Seal, Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Aeropostale, designer (Ralph Lauren, BCBG...) and still be your self. If people make fun of you at first for wanting to hang out with the preps ignore them. Just remember don't get stuck up once you are accepted you'll lose you old friends also another thing you have to worry about is that you friends might not be happy about you "switching" groups on them. Try your hardest to make time for your friends that you have now and just test drive the prep thing you might not like it, then again you'll probably love it.

Let me get this straight...
you want to change who you are because you like....??? what? what is so impressive with the preppy people?
The fact that they are snobs? The fact that they are close-minded? The fact that they tend to be materialistic? Or the fact that they tend to be unforgiving?
Try to just be yourself. Don't change to fit into a genre? Create one of your own. Don't be afraid to be different?

Here's some advice: Don't become a prep. Nobody likes preps but other preps. No offense. Just be yourself, don't categorize yourself.

ok my advice to you is be who you are , you never know the way you act might be like preps anyway although i have no idea why you wanna be like them but yeah just be yourself after all people will like you for who you are not for what you know your not x

WOW! Why would you even want to label yourself? I don't even see why kids do that these days, just because you shop at certain stores or do certain things you get labeled as a prep or a geek...ect...Be yourself!
