I do not have an owners manual...waiting for a call back from the dealer about that, in the mean time, can someone tell me what fuel is best for this bike? And what type of oil it uses. And how much of it? Thx much!

87 octane minimum generally 3 quarts of oil you should have a dip stick or a sight glass for oil fill go to a motor cycle shop to obtain motorcycle oil as your bike shares motor oil and transmission oil

10W40 SF or SG.
87 octane minimum
Dont use car oil.
If you need to top up on road use a DIESEL oil as it has the correct additives for bikes (lot of people use Shell Rottella 15/40 fleet oil)
