Random question about health/poop?

Okay I know that this sounds weird but I was discussing this with a friend and is there something that like helps the poop come out? Like butt lube or something? Obviously that's not what it's called but I really don't know. This isn't a joke question.

thier are these thing's called suppositories which you actually insert,that you can get from youre local drug stores. There is also pills that you can take like dulcalex. But each one is different so read the directions carefully
