Many conservatives I know do not bash Muslims, only the radical factions that want to kill Americans for the values we hold dear. Muslims in America love our democracy because it brings them peace.

Looking at Turkey, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Mali, and Senegal and before the recent civil war caused by Iran Lebanon you can see that it is not only likely but has been done. Why do some not want to admit it is a possibilty. I would think that would be more muslim bashing to say they are not capable of being a democracy

Wow...really?? Iraq is a Muslim country! Did you honestly think ANYONE in America wasn't aware of that revelation? No one has ever said that the Iraqi form of democracy would look just like the US form. But the point is the RADICAL form of Islam cannot survive in a democracy.

No, Christians used to be around 10% there and they were the first victim of the conflict since the unstable situation there led to anti-christian bashing. They are furthermore the oldest community there since they speak arameic or Assyrian instead of Arabic which is a language brought later by the Arabian conquerors

every chance you give it. Christianity is important in this country, but the Mormons don't suicide bomb the evangelicals. get real. if they want to be free, they must accept and offer freedom of religion, respect opposing views, and live like their "religion of peace" sounds like they should live. being muslim doesn't give you the right to be an extremist.
